Installation is seamless and does not require drilling, cutting, or any other modification of your Jeep.

Lights

The Apex System utilizes the TYRI 3.5" round pod; a close to mid-range fixture, perfect for mid speed speed trails, and illuminating midfield obstacles. Combined, these lights put out a best-in-class 5,000 combined lumens of light. Built-in voltage, heat, and polarity protection, combined with an IP69K dust and water rating, and a 50G impact rating make these the highest output, and most durable 3.5-inch pods in the world. Mounts

CNC Machined from a single billet of aluminum, the ORC Apex Mounts are the strongest lighting mounts on the market for the Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator. The sleek, in-airstream design, ensures completely silent operation, tested with a decibel meter up to 100 mph. The mounts are anodized black, for incredible wear protection, and come with mil. spec aluminum hardware, and gaskets to protect your paint. Made in Florida, USA.

Wire harness

ORC is the only manufacturer in the world to supply a light system with an extreme duty, water, dirt, and heat resistant wire harness, utilizing military or marine spec wire, cable, loom, and genuine Deutsch connectors, complete with mounting hardware. Made in Florida, USA.

Switch

The ORC switch is an integrated, illuminated, aluminum switch, that mounts to your vehicle's A-Pillar. The installation is reversible and does not require you to drill a hole in your dashboard. Made in Florida, USA.

Existing Switch Bank

ORC is the only manufacturer to offer an off the shelf, extreme duty plug and play harness that connects your new Apex System Pro directly into the "Auxiliary Switch Bank Kit" by Mopar. Our Integration Harness will also connect with most aftermarket switch banks.

Apex System Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please send us an email at support@offroadconcepts.com with your name, contact information, ORC order number, and description of the problem. 

Apex System Mounts

ORC will repair or replace the Apex System Mounts in the event of failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime limited warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse or abuse of the Apex System Mounts, normal wear and tear, installation errors and/or use of the mounts for non-approved applications or pod-light installations. The Apex System Mounts are manufactured using the highest quality, aerospace-grade aluminum and are finished with a rugged, Type II anodized finish. All anodized parts subjected to UV radiation will fade in color over time and this is considered normal wear of the products. 

Apex System Pod Lights

5-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. For a period of five years from the purchase date, ORC will repair or replace the Apex System Pod Lights in the event of failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This 5-year limited warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse or abuse of the Apex System Pod Lights, normal wear and tear, installation errors and/or use of the lights for non-approved applications or installations. The Apex System Pod Lights are manufactured using the highest quality, aerospace-grade aluminum and are finished with a rugged, Type II anodized finish.
